Working from a premium South Yarra office, you'll be supported by an Assistant Property Manager (dedicated exclusively to your portfolio), Leasing Manager and Virtual Assistant, allowing you to focus on rental provider relationships rather than getting caught up in the day-to-day noise. What's On Offer Monday–Friday only No routine inspections, condition reports or field work Portfolio of approximately 350 properties Dedicated Assistant PM managing renter communication and administration Dedicated Leasing Manager handling all leasing activity VA support for additional administration tasks Up to $95,000 Super Premium South Yarra office location Quarterly team events, conferences and interstate trips Flexible and approachable leadership team Potential flexibility around a shorter work week Strong growth plans and future leadership opportunities The Role As the Senior Property Manager / Pod Leader, you will be responsible for: Managing rental provider relationships Portfolio performance and retention Property management compliance Escalation management and problem solving Delivering a premium customer experience Supporting and guiding your pod where required Ensuring your portfolio remains organised, compliant and profitable About You Previous Property Management experience Strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation Excellent communication and relationship management skills Organised, proactive and solutions-focused Looking for a role that allows you to focus on more client facing work rather than inspections and administration Supported by a dedicated Assistant PM, Leasing Manager and VA, you'll be free to focus on compliance, portfolio performance and building strong relationships with rental providers.
