A Senior Project / Construction Manager with the ability to identify tender opportunities, prepare cost estimates and bids, and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects valued up to $20M. Outline Duties Providing a hands-on Construction Management leadership role across defence sector projects, with experience identifying project opportunities on AusTender Portal, attending briefings, Estimate / Price Up Bids and formulate Tender Responses. Handle Tender Clarification Questions and Presentations. Upon winning mobilise and oversee delivery. Skills and Attributes Australian Citizen (NV1 / NV2 required) Construction Trade or Management degree. Strong estimating, bid writing, and tender presentation skills. Proven experience working on Defence projects (ideally $2-20m) 10 years Defence Construction Project experience Engaging personality and strong presentation skills.
