About The Role This isn't a construction Contracts Administrator role. We're looking for an experienced off-the-plan property sales Contracts Administrator to manage the end-to-end contractual lifecycle of residential property sales - from EOI through to Unconditional, Settlement and Handover. You'll sit at the intersection of clients, buyer's agents, solicitors, developers and builders - issuing contracts accurately, executing them efficiently, and tracking every stage with precision. And it's not all desk-based - you'll have the opportunity to travel interstate for live property launches, becoming a face of the brand at high-profile events and bringing your contracts expertise directly to where the action is. What You'll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end off-the-plan contract lifecycle (EOI → Contract Issuance → Unconditional → Settlement/Handover) Issue and manage contracts using DocuSign or similar platforms Coordinate closely with buyer's agents, clients, solicitors, developers and builders Prepare and process contract documentation, amendments, variations and re-sales Track deposits, refunds and payment milestones with external stakeholders Maintain accurate records and contract status reporting within the CRM Ensure contract accuracy, compliance and audit-ready documentation Support live property launches, presentations and project marketing initiatives as required About You You may come from: Project marketing or developer sales administration Real estate sales support or contracts administration Conveyancing or paralegal support (property-focused) Buyer's agency or property advocacy operations Builder or developer backgrounds are welcome where experience relates to sales contracts, not construction delivery.
