A leading ASX listed services business requires a part time Engagement Lead for an initial 6 month contract for 2 - 3 days a week. As an Engagement Lead your role will focus on delivering significant operating model and process improvements across a large, complex national organisation. This program is modernising the way work is managed and delivered through the implementation of a new enterprise work management platform and associated business process improvements. The initiative will impact approximately 100 operational contracts nationally and transform how administrative and operational teams work across the organisation. We're looking for a seasoned engagement and change professional who can confidently influence senior leaders, build stakeholder alignment, and drive successful adoption of new ways of working. Key Responsibilities; Develop and deliver the stakeholder engagement strategy across the program Lead change management and communications activities across multiple business units Build strong relationships with senior executives, operational leaders and key stakeholders Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities Develop communication plans, presentations, leadership packs and engagement materials Facilitate workshops, town halls, leadership forums and stakeholder engagement sessions Identify and manage change risks, resistance points and adoption challenges Measure engagement effectiveness and provide regular reporting on readiness and adoption outcomes Partner closely with project and business leaders to support successful implementation and benefits realisation To succeed in this role you will have; Experience as an Engagement Lead with a proven track record delivering change within large and complex organisation Extensive experience leading stakeholder engagement, communications and change initiatives within enterprise transformation programs Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience supporting operating model transformation, process improvement or technology-enabled business change Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities Experience navigating complex organisational environments with multiple stakeholder groups A pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach to change delivery Prosci, ADKAR, ChangeFirst or equivalent change management certification A great daily rate is on offer.
