Seeking a motivated, technical, and forward-thinking Civil Engineer with 5 years of experience to join the growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of design delivery, foster key client relationships, and step into project management. Key responsibilities include: Lead civil documentation packages (roads, pavements, retaining walls, stormwater, water, and sewer networks) to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, landscape designers, subconsultants, and authorities to seamlessly integrate civil designs. Apply your technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and construction challenges. Assist with bid preparation, including defining scope, methodology, and pricing for small-to-medium civil projects. Mentor junior engineering staff while building your own skills in client management, risk mitigation, and financial project management. Who We Are Looking For A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification) CPEng accreditation, or actively working toward achieving it. 5 years of proven design experience within Australian consultancies, with specific expertise in: Stormwater management and drainage systems (experience with MUSIC, TUFLOW, or similar tools is highly valued). Pavement, road, carpark, and retaining wall geometry. Sewer and water main design. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
