Welder (First Class) – Precast Manufacturing Teggman Precast Pty Ltd – Wetherill Park NSW $80,000 – $90,000 per annum superannuation Teggman Precast Pty Ltd is a well-established and growing precast concrete manufacturer based in Western Sydney. Due to an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking a skilled and reliable welder (first class) to join our production team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality welding using MIG and TIG processes on structural steel components and reinforcement assemblies. Prepare, position, align, and secure metal parts prior to welding to ensure structural integrity. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to meet production requirements. Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and rectify any defects where required. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in the fabrication and assembly of steel components used in precast concrete products. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. Skills & Experience At least 3 years of relevant welding experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to carry out welding work to a high standard with attention to detail. Experience working with structural steel or within precast/construction industries is highly regarded.
