We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a hybrid, Brisbane-based role supporting the evolution of a market-leading digital platform within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is a hands-on role combining strategic design thinking, rapid prototyping and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences and help shape the future direction of the product. Key Responsibilities Drive the evolution of the product experience and identify opportunities for improvement Create wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Facilitate workshops and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Own and evolve design systems, components and design standards Partner with developers to ensure design intent is delivered effectively Skills & Experience 5 years' experience in UX/UI or Product Design Proven experience leading design across digital products Advanced Figma skills including prototyping, auto-layout and component systems Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies Experience working in startup, scale-up or high-growth environments Highly Regarded Experience with Hotjar, FullStory, Maze or Mixpanel Exposure to React or component-based front-end architecture Experience within SaaS, 3D visualisation, architecture, engineering or construction industries Experience working with globally distributed teams Apply now via SEEK, or for a confidential discussion, contact Tony at GRIT Talent Consulting on 0482 085 522 or tony@grittalent.com
