Job Description We are seeking an experienced Study Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of complex multidisciplinary studies supporting major infrastructure initiatives. This role will be responsible for integrating technical, commercial, planning, environmental and stakeholder workstreams to develop robust, evidence-based recommendations that support strategic investment decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end study lifecycle, from concept development through to completion. Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, planning, environmental and stakeholder functions. Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of feasibility studies and infrastructure projects. Establish best-practice approaches to Front-End Engineering Development (FEED) and study management. Develop study scopes, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans and technical specifications. Lead investment logic mapping, options assessments, scenario modelling and business case development. Support demand forecasting, risk assessment and value optimisation activities. Develop functional specifications, operating model parameters and infrastructure options aligned with strategic objectives. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of study outcomes. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Planning, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. 10 years’ experience in study management, feasibility studies, front-end engineering development (FEED) or major infrastructure planning. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary studies across technical, commercial and stakeholder environments. Strong capability in business case development, options analysis and investment decision frameworks. Experience with scope definition, cost estimation, scheduling and constructability assessments. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience within ports, mining, rail, utilities, energy or other major infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
