Assembly Worker | Cheltenham | Day Shift Are you a hands-on individual with assembly experience and a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team in a fast-paced factory environment, offering consistent Monday to Friday hours. Location: Cheltenham Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Pay rate: $31.19ph Key Responsibilities Perform assembly duties in accordance with job cards and work instructions. Use hand tools and drills to assemble products to specification. Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks throughout the assembly process. Ensure completed products are packaged securely and correctly identified. Stack finished goods neatly and prepare them for the next stage of production. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. About You Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures and steel rulers. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Capable of interpreting simple technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, self-motivated, and outcome-focused. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team. Customer-focused mindset and commitment to producing quality work. Physical Requirements Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable with repetitive hand movements, lifting, bending, and twisting. Ability to work in a factory environment.
