You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team. Responsibilities Safe, efficient operation of the CAT 12M graders OR equivalent Maintain and build haul roads and access roads in active mining areas Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience operating underground graders in mining (Essential) Strong safety focus and ability to speak up A team mindset and reliable work ethic Commitment to contributing to a positive culture Valid manual (C class) Australian drivers licence Why Macmahon?
