Prepare dashboard inputs and reporting packs. Support capacity modelling and planning assumptions. Maintain datasets that support the Integrated Master Plan, benefits measures and tranche reporting. Identify data gaps, trends and risks. Support decision-making with clear, evidence-based analysis. Experience / Skills Sought: Experience in workforce intelligence, capacity planning, data analysis, reporting, dashboard inputs and evidence-based planning. Should be comfortable working with workforce, cost, capability, demand and capacity data.
