Procurement Representative SA, Adelaide Supply Chain 19257BR About us: 9-day fortnight with genuine work-life balance Multiple office locations considered including Williamtown NSW, Adelaide, Melbourne, or Sydney Broad exposure across sourcing, supplier management and commercial activities Your responsibilities will include: The Procurement Representative will provide effective leadership and management of the Procurement capability for the Integrated Warfare Systems Sensors (IWSS) Program from inception through to completion. Contribute to and undertake IWSS sourcing activities including reviewing of specifications, work statements, as well as RFQ and evaluation of proposals. Build an understanding the supply chain and market intelligence that allows the development and management of a comprehensive Procurement Plan. Join a collaborative team environment that values continuous improvement, innovation and commercial excellence. Responsibilities Support procurement and sourcing activities across the IWSS Program. Procure items such as technical consumables, PPE, tooling and related goods and services. Raise, track and manage purchase requests and purchase orders. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, performance and onboarding activities. Ensure procurement data, inventory information and delivery schedules are accurately maintained. Provide procurement advice and updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with procurement governance and delegated authorities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and drive efficiencies. About you: Essential Knowledge of standard desktop applications and / or collaboration tools, and / or data analytics and visualisation tools. The ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment ability to multitask.
