We’re seeking an experienced Civil Labourer for an immediate start, with consistent hours, strong site conditions, and the opportunity to transition onto a 12-month project. What you’ll be doing Assisting with civil construction tasks across subdivision sites Operating machinery including roller and front dump truck Supporting crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site Working closely with supervisors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery What we’re looking for Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction Valid RII tickets for Roller and Dump Truck operation (Essential) Strong reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic Ability to work both independently and within a team Willingness to start early, with overtime and occasional weekend work as required What’s in it for you Competitive pay $40.70 – $43.65 per hour penalties & allowances Ongoing work with a clear pathway into long-term projects Supportive team environment with a strong safety focus Opportunity to build skills across multiple civil sites What to do next Interested in this opportunity?
