Your key responsibilities: Full accountability for restaurant operations, people, compliance, and guest experience. Coach, develop, and inspire your team to consistently achieve KPIs. Oversee onboarding and compliance through a structured learning program. Collaborate on rosters, shift planning, and succession pathways for your team. We’re looking for someone who: Has 3–4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager (or higher) in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations. Has a proven track record in delivering results, leading large teams, and fostering culture. Is warm, approachable, team-focused, and leads with integrity. Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to every shift.
