Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and venue managers, developing and implementing people and culture strategies aligned with business objectives. Own the full employee lifecycle across all venues — workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding. Manage all immigration and visa sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation, the Restaurant Industry Award, and WHS obligations. Lead employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives, with hands-on support for new venue openings. Build scalable systems and processes to support the group's continued growth. About You: You're a confident, commercially minded People & Culture professional who thrives on ownership, complexity, and working close to the business.
