A bit about you Strong administration capability — organised, thorough, accurate, and confident managing multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines. Program and systems knowledge — strong IT skills, and the ability to use databases and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to create detailed spreadsheets. Process and compliance confidence — able to interpret and apply administrative procedures, maintain accuracy, and complete a wide range of processing tasks. Communication & teamwork — excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Motivated and proactive — self‑driven, enthusiastic, and able to take initiative to progress tasks and support day‑to‑day business operations.
