Bello e Buono is now looking for a a talented Restaurant Manager to join their team; The right candidate will be responsible for: Menu Planning in collaboration with the chefs to produce innovative dishes Organising and planning events to benefit restaurant community and create excellent experiences for new and existing customers Organising and pricing itemise accordance with a preset budget Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions Assuring that eating facilities are clean, functional and in accordance with the health regulations Ensuring the selection, training and supervision processes of hiring new personnel are in order Ability to handle bookings, greet customers and assist with taking orders at a larger scale, thus through the supervision of the whole restaurant Manage budgets, costs and expenditures including purchasing of supplies; About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager; Strong management skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to manage all the operations of the restaurant Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
