The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior or Supervisor who enjoys communicating with clients directly, building relationships and providing a range of advisory and compliance services. This role has pathways for progression therefore would suit someone who is motivated to take on more leadership and advisory work. This role can be based out of their Toowoomba office, hybrid, or remote depending on your location. Duties include: Building long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients Liaising with clients directly and face to face Compliance work such as preparing financials, tax returns and reporting for various entities Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members Conducting tax research and handle taxation tasks such as GST, PAYG and IAS Participating in professional development activities to stay up to date with industry trends, and changes in accounting standards About you: CA or CPA qualified (or overseas equivalent) Minimum 3 years' experience in an Australian public practice firm Experience with reviewing the work of others Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor Competent with software including Xero and MYOB Culture and Benefits: This is an opportunity to join a growing, national firm that pride themselves on their commitment to developing their staff: Flexible, hybrid working focused on work/life balance.
