About the Role We are looking for an experienced Candidate Manager - Technology Recruitment to support our growing Australian recruitment team. This role will focus on sourcing and engaging candidates who specialise in technology projects, business improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. We're looking for a genuine recruitment professional — not someone who simply sources CVs. You'll be responsible for building relationships, engaging top talent, and supporting consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates. You will play an important role in identifying, approaching, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process while helping build strong talent pipelines for future opportunities. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Talent Engagement Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Proactively identify and approach passive candidates Conduct market research and talent mapping activities Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates Candidate Management Conduct screening and qualification calls Assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and career goals Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems Recruitment Support Partner with consultants to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists Support candidate submissions and profile presentations Provide market insights around talent availability and hiring trends Assist with recruitment administration and pipeline management Roles You'll Recruit For You will primarily recruit for positions such as: Project Managers Program Managers Change Managers Business Analysts Delivery Managers Product Managers PMO Professionals Transformation Specialists Experience recruiting for software and technology positions is highly desirable; however, strong experience recruiting for project delivery, business change, and transformation roles is essential.
