This is not an account maintenance role. This is not a “wait for leads” role. This is a true 360 recruitment position where you will be responsible for business development, lead generation, cold calling, client relationship building, candidate attraction and delivering recruitment solutions to clients across the blue collar and industrial market. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially sharp, comfortable working to targets and motivated by results. The Role Based from our Parramatta office, you will be responsible for building a recruitment desk from the ground up. You will identify new business opportunities, contact prospective clients, develop relationships with hiring managers, understand workforce needs and deliver quality recruitment outcomes. You will be supported by an established business, strong systems, internal knowledge and a team that understands the labour hire and recruitment market. What You’ll Be Doing Cold calling prospective clients and generating new business opportunities Building relationships with hiring managers, operations teams and business owners Selling recruitment solutions based on value, service, speed and quality Managing the full 360 recruitment process Building and maintaining your own client portfolio Working to activity, sales and revenue targets Developing a desk as if it were your own business Following up consistently and managing your pipeline through CRM systems Representing White Collar Blue professionally in the market What We’re Looking For We want a sales gun. Someone who backs themselves, enjoys the chase and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. You may already be in recruitment, labour hire, business development, industrial sales, transport, logistics, facilities, commercial services, equipment hire, PPE, workwear, telco or another sales-driven environment.
