About the Business This is a well-established and highly regarded commercial real estate agency that has built its reputation operating across Melbourne's CBD and inner suburbs. The Role You'll be taking ownership of approximately 130 - 150 mixed commercial assets - a clean, well-budgeted portfolio that is in excellent shape. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Full management of a mixed commercial portfolio (office, retail, and/or industrial) Adherence to relevant legislation such as the Retail Leases Act Tenant and landlord communication and relationship management Monitoring rental payments, arrears management, and financial reporting Coordinating maintenance and building services Outgoings management, budgeting, and reconciliations Working collaboratively with an internal team including trust accounting and administrative support About You To be considered for this role, you'll bring: 3 - 5 years' experience in commercial property management (mixed asset experience highly regarded) A current real estate licence or registration (Victoria) Solid working knowledge of trust accounting processes (support is provided, but understanding the fundamentals is desired) Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial portfolio independently and with confidence Experience using commercial property management software Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to build and maintain client relationships Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and can hit the ground running An eagerness for business development and growth What's on Offer Competitive salary package plus commissions and incentives A clean, well-run portfolio that is genuinely ready to inherit - no remediation work required Trust accounting and administrative support so you can focus on what you do best One day work from home per week (following successful completion of probation) A stable, professional environment with a strong team culture and long-term client relationships already in place The backing of a respected and well-resourced agency with decades of standing in the Melbourne market How to Apply If this sounds like the right move for you, we'd love to hear from you.
