About the job Change Manager | Part-Time Contract | Energy Sector We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy sector to engage an experienced Change Manager for a major enterprise technology transformation program. This role will support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade and integration platform migration, with a focus on change impacts across IT operations, service management, support teams, and key business stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver change strategies and plans Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis Deliver targeted communications throughout testing, cutover, and deployment Support training, knowledge transfer, and business readiness activities Assess operational readiness for Day 1 and post-go-live support About you: Proven experience delivering change on SAP, infrastructure, or technical transformation programs Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working with IT operations, service desk, or technology teams Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced project environment Contract Details: Contract through to November 2026 Approx. 2.5 days per week Sydney-based hybrid working arrangement If you're an experienced Change Manager looking for a flexible contract opportunity on a high-profile technology program, we'd love to hear from you.
