Job Description As a Night Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe, sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning. Your primary duties & responsibilities include: Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check outs and guest enquiries Perform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service Manage daily operations such as check in/ check out, billing and reporting. Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Coordinate with other departments including Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor and develop the team, fostering a positive Heartist culture. Drive revenue through upselling and loyalty engagement. Ensure compliance with WHS, security and Accor brand standards.
