Weighbridge Attendant Roster: Casual 3-month contract with potential to extend | Monday to Friday (4:45am – 1:06pm). Flexibility required to cover afternoon shift (9:45am – 6:06pm) or full day as needed Location: Dandenong South Responsibilities: Accurately weigh all incoming and outgoing vehicles Control and coordinate waste movements on and off site Direct traffic entering and leaving the site safely Data entry into controlled waste tracking systems Provide high-level customer service to all site visitors Assist customers with enquiries and site directions Maintain weighbridge area and office in a clean, safe condition General administrative duties including answering phones and paperwork Generate reports from weighbridge systems as required Ensure all records and documentation are completed accurately Essential Requirements: Valid Victorian Driver Licence (own transport required) Prior customer service experience (retail or drive-through highly regarded) Strong data entry and computer skills Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and within a team Flexible to work varying shifts when required High attention to detail and commitment to safety Weighbridge or waste industry experience is advantageous About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
