We're seeking an experienced Test Director to lead testing across a large, complex regulatory transformation program. This is a senior leadership role where you'll define the test strategy, establish governance frameworks, lead global testing teams, and ensure successful delivery across multiple technology initiatives. Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy. Lead large onshore and offshore testing teams and vendors. Establish testing governance, reporting, and quality frameworks. Oversee System, Integration, UAT, Performance, Automation, and End-to-End testing. Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through automation and modern testing practices. About You Extensive experience leading enterprise testing functions. Proven background delivering large regulatory or compliance programs. Strong experience managing global/offshore teams. Deep understanding of test strategy, governance, risk, and quality assurance. Experience with modern testing tools, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
