Senior Project Manager | Industrial & Logistics - Sydney Are you an experienced client-side Project Manager looking to lead the delivery of some of Australia's most significant industrial and logistics developments? An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Project Manager to join a high-performing advisory team delivering major industrial estates, distribution centres, advanced manufacturing facilities and large-scale warehousing projects across NSW. Working alongside institutional investors, developers and occupiers, you'll take ownership of projects from initial feasibility through to completion, driving outcomes across programme, cost, quality and stakeholder management. The Opportunity Lead the end-to-end delivery of industrial and logistics developments valued from $50M to $500M. Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors and delivery partners. Oversee procurement strategies, programme management, commercial outcomes and project governance. Build strong, long-term relationships with major industry stakeholders. Mentor and support junior project managers within a collaborative team environment. About You 6 years' experience within a client-side consultancy, developer or professional services environment. Demonstrated experience delivering industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or large-format commercial projects. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of procurement and contract administration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline. Professional memberships or chartership are highly regarded.
