Our client is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator / Governance Analyst (PMO) to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Location: North Sydney (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office) Duration: Initial 12 Month Contract with strong chance of extension Rate: Up to $900 per day inclusive of super Working as part of a high-performing PMO, you'll support program governance, reporting, risk and issue management, and day-to-day coordination across multiple workstreams. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle competing priorities, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever required. You'll work closely with senior program leadership, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the program remains organised, well governed, and on track through all phases of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate program activities, schedules, governance forums, and workstream dependencies Prepare meeting packs, minutes, action registers, and governance reporting Manage and maintain risks, issues, decisions, and program documentation Support program reporting using Excel and Power BI Assist with change, dependency, and governance processes across the program Work closely with project managers, workstream leads, vendors, and business stakeholders Maintain SharePoint repositories and program artefacts Provide support across the PMO wherever required to help keep delivery on track Experience & Skills Previous experience as a Program Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar role Experience working across the full project lifecycle within large transformation programs Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, and project coordination Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and high attention to detail Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support multiple delivery streams Highly Regarded Experience working on an SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation program Previous experience within a PMO supporting enterprise-wide programs Understanding of project governance, risks vs issues, dependencies, and change control Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Power BI Interviews are being scheduled immediately, so please apply now for immediate consideration.
