About the role We are partnering with a leading luxury fashion group to recruit an Assistant Store Manager – Womenswear for a concession within one of Sydney’s most iconic CBD retail destinations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive both commercial performance and an exceptional client experience. You’ll take real ownership on the shop floor — leading by example, elevating service standards, and building a strong, high-performing team culture. This opportunity sits within a store undergoing an exciting new chapter, including a mid-July opening with a refreshed fit-out and elevated brand direction. What you’ll be doing Partnering with the Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and team performance Driving strong commercial results through KPIs, service, and client engagement Delivering a refined, elevated client experience aligned to luxury standards Building meaningful, long-term client relationships through strong clienteling behaviours Managing rostering, floor coverage, and operational execution with precision Coaching and developing team members to lift performance and consistency Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards Acting as a key leader on the floor, setting the tone for energy, service, and execution About you We’re looking for a confident, stylish and commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and genuinely enjoys leading from the floor.
