Production Worker / Factory Hand - Glass Industry Multiple roles on offer Casual to perm for the right candidate Day, afternoon & night shifts Knoxfield location The Company Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality custom glass products, including insulated glass units, laminated glass, fire-resistant and toughened safety glass. Based in Knoxfield, they are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals who aren’t afraid of physical, hands-on work and are ready to commit to a strong, fast-paced team environment. This is a physically demanding role and will involve: Heavy, repetitive lifting in a safe and controlled environment Fast-paced production work with strict timeframes and daily targets Operating within strict OH&S guidelines, including safe handling of glass products Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and immediately reporting hazards or incidents We are seeking committed, reliable workers who: Are comfortable with physically demanding, repetitive work Have a strong work ethic and stable employment history Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Have basic computer skills and strong attention to detail Understand and follow safety procedures at all times Have strong written and verbal communication skills Own safety boots and a hi-vis vest and are willing to complete a pre-employment medical Hours and Rates: Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 2.30pm, $36.75 per hour Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 10.30pm, $44.11 per hour Night shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10.30pm - 6.30am, $47.05 per hour We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
