ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our panel team in Balcatta, you’ll be trained and supported in carrying out panel repairs and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining excellent workmanship and productivity standards. As an apprentice, you will be signed up to attend TAFE and supported throughout this process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out quality panel repairs following approved repair methods across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Remove and replace damaged body panels, sections and structural components.
- Perform panel alignment, straightening and body restoration work.
- Carry out welding repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain high levels of workmanship, efficiency, and eye for detail
- Follow workplace safety procedures and industry best practices
ABOUT YOU
- An apprentice panel beater in 2nd or 3rd year or close to completing your trade apprenticeship
- Ability to meet key performance goals and the physical demands of the job.
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
- Work within OH & S procedures and help to maintain Drive Group’s Safety Culture
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
