Position Description Position Title: Retail Manager (Fast Food Restaurant) - Full-Time permanent Position Business: Domino's Pizza – Munno Para West (Franchise Store) Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 plus Superannuation Location: 6/262 Curtis Rd, Munno Para West SA 5115 The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Domino's Pizza franchise store at Munno Para West, ensuring compliance with Domino's operational standards, delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining stock and inventory controls, and achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring efficient dine-in, takeaway, online ordering, and delivery operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Organise, control and coordinate the daily operations of the Domino's Pizza franchise store to ensure efficient and profitable business performance. Determine stock levels, inventory requirements, ordering schedules and product availability to meet customer demand and minimise wastage. Monitor sales performance, analyse operational reports and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability. Ensure compliance with Domino's franchise policies, operational procedures, brand standards and customer service requirements. Recruit, train, supervise and performance-manage store employees, including shift supervisors, pizza makers, customer service staff and delivery drivers. Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak trading periods and promotional campaigns. Oversee online ordering, takeaway, in-store sales and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient customer service. Monitor food preparation, product quality, presentation standards and service consistency in accordance with Domino's operational guidelines. Manage purchasing activities and maintain appropriate stock levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, beverages and cleaning supplies. Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, labour costs, wastage, payroll and operational expenses. Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure and implement cost-control measures to achieve business objectives. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Coordinate local store marketing initiatives, promotional activities and community engagement programs to increase sales and customer retention. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, franchise standards and relevant legislation. Conduct regular inspections of store facilities, equipment and delivery operations to ensure safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency. Liaise with suppliers, service providers and franchise representatives to maintain uninterrupted business operations. Oversee cash handling procedures, banking activities, end-of-day reconciliations and point-of-sale system operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales growth, labour costs, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with staff supervision, stock control and operational reporting.
