About the role We are seeking an experienced Dentist to join our established and growing practice. You will step into a consistent patient base and a collaborative team environment, with the autonomy to deliver care that aligns with your clinical judgement and professional standards. In this role, you will: • Provide comprehensive dental care across a broad scope of general dentistry • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using sound clinical judgement • Develop tailored treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients • Build long-term patient relationships founded on trust and empathy • Work collaboratively with a supportive clinical and administrative team • Maintain professional standards in line with Dental Board of Australia guidelines Our culture At Coastal Dental Care, our culture is shaped by care, humility and a genuine commitment to one another. About you You are a thoughtful and patient-focused clinician who takes pride in delivering quality care.
