Act as the first point of contact for Partner enquiries received via our 1800 assistance line Coordinate replacement vehicle requests with customers, dealerships, Compass branches and internal Work closely with the branch network and our business partners to assist with vehicle deliveries, collections and transfers Provide our business partners with updates regarding booking status and vehicle availability. Monitor active bookings and follow up outstanding actions Escalate customer complaints, service concerns and Partners enquiries to the Corporate Business Manager where required. Support our Partners with general program assistance. What You’ll Bring Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate where required Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Customer focused with a professional and positive approach Strong administration and data entry skills. Ability to manage enquiries in a timely manner and deliver a high standard of customer service.
