About The Role: In this role, you will: Collaborate with children to follow their interests and create engaging learning experiences Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs Observe, document, and evaluate children’s learning and development Create environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitions Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture About You: You will bring: Experience in a similar early childhood education role A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework Working knowledge of the National Quality Standards Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments, including supporting children with additional needs. A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and building respectful partnerships with families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
