Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the full employee life cycle Building and leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service Driving sales growth and achieving store and department KPIs Launching catalogue campaigns Visual merchandising and maintaining strong store standards Daily stock recovery and replenishment Managing high-volume stock movement and stock integrity initiatives Reviewing and actioning reports including sales, top sellers, and P&L About You You’re a motivated retail leader with an owner’s mindset and a passion for developing people.
