This role suits a hands-on PM who takes full ownership of safety, programme, cost, quality and client relationships. Key Responsibilities End-to-end project delivery: site, programme, budget and quality Safety leadership, site compliance and subcontractor onboarding Subcontractor performance management Client relationship management including variations and programme Procurement coordination and resource planning Project administration using MS Project & Procore Accurate progress, cost-to-complete and risk reporting About You – Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering design and construct projects Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia Confident managing multiple work fronts and subcontractor packages Focused on programme and budget Procore experience highly regarded Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure Practical, solutions-focused, and genuinely hands-on Minimum Requirements Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards Collaborative leadership style with effective conflict resolution skills
