The Role We are actively recruiting experienced counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Operators to join various sites. Typical duties, include moving products, supporting in the loading and unloading of goods and supporting the team in general warehouse duties Key Responsibilities Operating high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently Experience operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load and unload general freight Storing and removing pallets from racking Working across multiple areas, depending on operational needs Conduct daily safety checks on equipment before use Follow all company safety procedures and protocols Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management Skills & Experience Proven warehouse experience (minimum 2 years required) High reach experience (minimum 2 years required) Valid LF forklift Ticket Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and ability to prioritise Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current 'C' class driver's licence & reliable transport Full working rights: citizen, permanent resident or visa with full working rights Benefits Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career advancement Positive and supportive work environment
