The Role Working closely with the People team and business leaders, your responsibilities will include: Providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding Advising managers and employees on employee relations matters and HR policies Supporting performance management processes and workplace investigations Interpreting modern awards and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and talent initiatives Supporting remuneration reviews, employee engagement, and HR projects Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing pragmatic HR advice across the business About You You will bring: Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist role Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and employee relations processes Experience interpreting modern awards and employment legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience within financial services, insurance, or professional services environments will be highly regarded Why Consider This Role?
