Position Details Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker Availability Required: Monday to Friday 7 am to 12 pm OR Mon, Wed & Friday - full day Availability Hours: Flexible, preferred start 7 or 8 am Locations: St Helens Travel: Required between client homes What You’ll Be Doing Providing personal care and medication support tailored to each client Delivering behaviour support in line with individual care plans Assisting with domestic tasks (cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting) Supporting community access—shopping, appointments and social outings Offering respite support for families and carers Completing simple notes using our easy mobile app What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) Driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance First Aid/CPR and WWCC NDIS Worker Check or National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Comfortable using smartphones and tablets A calm, reliable, and genuinely caring approach Respectful support for all clients What You’ll Get $36.23/hr 12% super Km reimbursed @ $1.01/km Permanent part-time shifts, consistent days Monday to Friday Up to $15,900 salary packaging – boost your take-home pay Paid induction and ongoing training and development Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing support Access to Perkbox discounts, perks and benefits Why integratedliving?
