The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on Bookkeeper role will see you take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting broader administrative and operational activities. Working within a small, collaborative team, you'll enjoy variety, autonomy and visibility across the business. The organisation is also open to flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working, flexible start and finish times, and part-time hours for an exceptional candidate. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections Process weekly payroll using MYOB Complete daily bank reconciliations and monthly journals Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts Support cash flow management and financial administration Assist with insurance administration, claims and asset updates Respond to finance-related enquiries and support office operations About You Ideally, you will: Bring experience as a Bookkeeper or Senior Accounts Officer Have strong knowledge of payroll, reconciliations, journals and general ledger processes Be confident managing AP, AR and stakeholder relationships Have experience with MYOB and ERP systems (Odoo highly regarded) Possess solid Excel skills and strong attention to detail Enjoy working in a hands-on blue collar environment alongside operational and production teams Be reliable, proactive and take pride in your work What's On Offer You'll be joining a business where people are trusted, supported and genuinely valued.
