About the Role Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Manager and Landscape Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial landscape construction projects while being supported by an experienced management team. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the exceptional quality standards they are known for. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial landscape construction projects from commencement through to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Plan and programme daily site activities Order materials and coordinate deliveries Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources Read and interpret landscape construction drawings and specifications Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Ensure quality control across all stages of construction Complete site reporting and provide regular updates to senior management Maintain a strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety compliance Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Landscape Site Manager, Landscape Project Manager, Foreman, or Supervisor within commercial landscape construction Minimum five years' experience in commercial landscape construction Proven ability to successfully deliver commercial landscaping projects Landscape or Horticulture qualification (preferred) or equivalent industry experience Current NSW Driver's Licence White Card (essential) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project deadlines Australian working rights Culture Our client has built a reputation not only for delivering exceptional projects but also for creating a workplace where employees genuinely enjoy coming to work.
