The business is dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Our management team oversees multiple stores, employing a large workforce to meet the demands of high-volume retail operations. The Retail Manager will be responsible for the effective operation and profitability of the Subway outlets under management. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and customer service standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Subway outlets to ensure efficient and profitable functioning. ·Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and evaluate staff performance across allocated stores. ·Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth, cost control, and profitability targets. ·Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and liaise with suppliers. ·Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations. ·Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend operational improvements. ·Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement. ·Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. ·Liaise with Directors and Area Managers regarding performance, compliance, and store development. Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: ·Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management, or Hospitality ·At least three (3) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed ·Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a retail or fast-food management role ·Demonstrated success in managing staff, driving sales, and achieving operational efficiencies Skills & Attributes ·Strong leadership and team management skills. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ·Sound financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting and cost control. ·In-depth understanding of fast-food/quick service operations and food safety requirements. ·Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ·Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive management approach.
