Currently they are seeking an experienced and motivated Draftsperson to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. About the Role As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing accurate residential construction drawings, coordinating documentation, and supporting the design and construction teams throughout the building process. Key Responsibilities Prepare residential house plans, working drawings, and construction documentation. Liaise with clients, builders, engineers, surveyors, and consultants. Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations. Coordinate design changes and revisions throughout projects. Assist with council and permit documentation where required. Essential Requirements Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Essential) Experience producing residential housing drawings and documentation Strong understanding of Australian residential building standards and construction methods Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Current Australian working rights What We Offer Full-time permanent position.
