As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be contributing to the seamless execution of complex projects, working with a skilled team to deliver exceptional results. The Role You will work within the service, maintenance and commissioning functions for the company’s installed systems. You’ll be the technical backbone of their field operations, ensuring equipment performs safely, reliably and efficiently while shaping how the service department operates day to day. Technical & Field Work Carry out post‑installation maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of systems in the field Carry out commissioning activities, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and handed over to specification Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, control and systems‑based components Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures Client & Stakeholder Engagement Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Produce high‑quality service reports, inspection documents, and commissioning records Support the commercial team by contributing to service proposals, scopes and client conversations Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability Feed insights back into design and engineering teams to enhance future product development Help shape the long‑term structure and capability of the service function Skills and experience Broad engineering knowledge across mechanical, electrical, controls, and systems disciplines Strong hands‑on capability and a willingness to be in the field when required Experience working in safety‑regulated environments Good communication skills, written, verbal and client‑facing Benefits Work with a team that blends creativity, engineering rigour and innovation Be part of a company that values craftsmanship, problem‑solving and long‑term client relationships Use of company vehicle N.B.
