Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Gold Coast | $190k Base A strong opportunity for a Project Manager to step into a key delivery role with a growing commercial builder on the Gold Coast. This is not a narrow single-project role. You will be joining a business with a developing SEQ pipeline and the chance to take ownership of a broader project portfolio across commercial, retail, industrial, refurbishment, fitout and live environment works. The opportunity suits a Project Manager who wants more influence, more visibility and a clear pathway toward senior leadership as the Queensland business continues to grow. You will work closely with senior management and have genuine input across planning, procurement, client relationships, delivery strategy and project outcomes. For the right person, this is a strong platform to progress into a Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager pathway over time. The Role You will be responsible for: Ownership of commercial construction projects across the Gold Coast Managing projects from planning and procurement through to delivery and close-out Overseeing programme, cost, quality, safety and commercial performance Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams Managing scopes, procurement, variations, claims, reporting and project forecasting Driving programme outcomes and resolving issues before they impact delivery Supporting the growth of the local project portfolio as the business expands About You You will ideally have: 3 years experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder Exposure to commercial, retail, industrial, fitout or refurbishment projects Strong commercial, programming and subcontractor management capability Confidence dealing directly with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders A practical, organised and delivery-focused approach Ambition to step into a broader leadership role as the business grows Why This Role Gold Coast-based role with SEQ project exposure Broader portfolio responsibility, not just one isolated project Genuine progression pathway toward senior delivery / construction management Direct access to senior leadership Varied project mix across commercial, retail, industrial and refurbishment works Strong salary package ranging $200,000 - $250,000 including super, depending on experience
