Job Title & Location Practice / Operations Manager | Perth, Western Australia Introduction An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice / Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational, people and strategic functions of a growing accounting practice. Working closely with the Directors, this leadership role offers broad responsibility across operations, reporting, systems, projects and team development. About the Firm This growing accounting practice offers a supportive and professional environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement and high-quality client service. The Role Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, overseeing administration functions, internal support staff, systems and technology initiatives. Prepare monthly Board packs, management reports and productivity reporting, while monitoring operational performance and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities. Drive people and culture initiatives, manage HR and performance review processes, and coordinate firm-wide projects and business improvement initiatives. About You You will ideally be CPA qualified and bring at least 10 years’ experience within public practice accounting, together with experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role. You will have strong operational, analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience producing management reports, KPI reporting and implementing process improvements. You will be a collaborative and people-focused leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
