A 12 month fixed term opportunity is available for a Finance Systems Administrator to join a collaborative finance systems team based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting ERP and financial management systems, who enjoys working across system administration, integrations, reporting and user support. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and ongoing optimisation of core finance and revenue systems. Your focus will be ensuring systems are reliable, well configured, secure and aligned to business needs. Key responsibilities include: Administering and maintaining ERP and finance systems, including user access, approvals, master data and configuration Supporting month-end and year-end system processes Monitoring system interfaces and integrations to ensure data integrity Providing system support, troubleshooting and issue resolution within agreed SLAs Developing, maintaining and enhancing financial and operational reports Coordinating upgrades, changes, testing and vendor support activities Delivering system training and supporting end users Documenting procedures, controls and system administration practices Partnering with finance, IT and external vendors on continuous system improvements About you You will bring a mix of technical systems expertise and strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to translate system functionality into practical business outcomes. You will have: Experience administering finance / ERP systems in a complex environment Strong understanding of financial processes such as revenue, procurement, payments and general ledger Experience supporting system integrations and reporting Proven ability to analyse issues, manage priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Desirable experience Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Exposure to reporting tools, OTBI, SQL or scheduled jobs Experience in health, government or large-scale regulated environments This role offers the chance to play a key part in the stability, optimisation and future enhancement of critical financial systems within a large, complex organisation.
