Hands-on National Business Manager to drive Retail & OOH growth across a fast-growing food & beverage portfolio. The opportunity – In a nutshell! A fast-growing food and beverage business is seeking a hands-on National Business Manager to drive the next phase of growth across Retail and Out of Home channels. This is a hands-on, commercially-minded position for someone who enjoys being close to the business — from strategic account planning through to the day-to-day detail that makes execution happen. You’ll manage a portfolio of major grocery and out of home accounts, while also leading and developing one direct report. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and delegate. We need someone resourceful, energetic and comfortable rolling up their sleeves at every level of the business — from boardroom negotiations to getting into the detail on promotional execution, forecasting and in-store performance. Your day to day: Own and grow a national account portfolio spanning major grocery retailers and out of home channels Develop and execute account strategies that deliver volume, margin and market share growth Lead, coach and develop one direct report, building their capability as the team grows Work closely with marketing, supply chain and category teams to bring plans to life Build strong, trusted relationships with retail buyers and channel partners Identify and capitalise on new opportunities as the business scales Get genuinely involved — this role spans high-level strategy and on-the-ground detail in equal measure What you’ll bring: Proven experience in Senior National Account Management or National Business Manager roles within Food or Beverage Strong background across major grocery, with solid Out of Home channel experience also essential A track record of managing complex retail relationships and delivering commercial results Experience leading or mentoring at least one direct report Resourceful, adaptable and energised by fast-paced, growing environments A genuine “doer” — happy to lead strategy and execute the detail Strong commercial acumen paired with a collaborative, can-do mindset Sounds good, but what else?
