Customer Service / Account Manager – Transport We are seeking a reliable and switched-on Customer Service / Bookings Coordinator to join a busy transport business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the key link between customers, bookings, and operations. You will manage incoming booking emails and phone calls, enter job details accurately into the system, and act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the process. Key responsibilities: Managing customer booking emails and phone enquiries. Entering transport job details accurately into the system. Acting as the first point of contact for customer updates and enquiries. Liaising with operations, drivers, and customers to keep jobs moving. Providing professional, helpful, and efficient customer service. Pre-empting issues and concerns and contacting clients / customers before they contact you. About you: You will be organised, confident on the phone, accurate with data entry, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment. Previous experience in transport, freight, logistics, or a similar customer service/admin role will be highly regarded.
