We’re looking for an experienced School Finance Officer who thrives on accuracy, consistency and relationship-building to support accounts payable, accounts receivable and debtor management across our client base. The role This is a hands-on finance role where you will take ownership of key transactional and support functions across multiple school clients. You will: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently Manage debtor follow-up and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Support reporting, compliance and finance processes Work across multiple clients, systems and deadlines Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of financial data Support project-based finance tasks as required About you You’re someone who enjoys structured financial work, problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will bring: Experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping roles Strong knowledge of AP, AR and reconciliation processes Experience in debtor management or credit control (highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Confident communication and relationship-building ability Ability to work across multiple systems and competing priorities A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused mindset Experience in the education sector is an advantage but not essential.
